Zutaten:

  • 100 g Magerquark
  • 30 g Whey Protein
  • 50 g Haferflocken
  • Toppings

Zubereitung:

  1. Alle Zutatetn zusammen mischen.
  2. “Den teig” in eine kleine Tasse geben.
  3. Stelle diese für etwa 3,5 Minuten bei 800 Watt in die Mikrowelle.
  4. toppings benutzen wie ihr wollt.

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Fill the “dough” in a small mug.
  3. Put the mug in the microwave for about 3.5 minutes on 800 Watt.
  4. Toppings as you wish.
