Protein Pancakes

Zutaten:

  • 2 Eiweiss
  • 1 Ei
  • 20g Whey Eiweiss-Pulver
  • 20g Mehl
  • 1/2 Päckchen Backpulver
  • Kokosfett
  • Toppings: Puderzucker, Früchte..

 

Zubereitung:

  1. Zunächst die zwei Eiklar steif schlagen.
  2. Ei, Eiweisspulver (Ich habe Vanille-Geschmack benutzt), Mehl mischen.
  3. Das geschlagene Eiklar unterheben.
  4. Die Pfanne mit Kokosfett wärmen.
  5. Pancakes goldbraun braten.
  6. Je nach Geschmack mit euren Topings verzieren.

Ingredients:

  • 1 eg
  • 20g Whey Protein
  • 20g flour
  • 1/2 Pkg. backing powder
  • coconutoil
  • Toppings: Puderzucker, Früchte..

Preparations:

  1. Beat egg whites stiff.
  2. Mix the whole egg, the protein powder, and flour all together. I used protein power with vanilla flavour.
  3. Put the stiff egg white together with the mixture.
  4. Bake the pancakes goldbrown, while using coconut oil to heat the pan.
  5. Now you can put any toppings on them. I mostly use fruits.
